Well, mesdames et messieurs, there's good news and there's bad news.
The good news is Confit, a relatively new French bistro on Harrisburg's West Shore, offers an exciting menu of variety and interest in a buffed-up familiar venue - the old Camp Hill haunt of Café on Market, which became James on Market, which is now just plain Confit. (The name means meat, usually duck, salted, cooked and preserved in its own fat; not all that appetizing a thought, I'll grant you, but it's still a fun place to eat.)
